Terms of service

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to ship your order. At this time we only ship in Finland. If you are located somewhere else in Europe and would like to place an order, please send us an e-mail to shop@urban-a.fi and we will try and arrange it for you.

For every completed and successful order you will receive an e-mail from Urban A. The e-mail contains an order confirmation and a receipt of the purchase. In case you do not receive this message, please contact us at shop@urban-a.fi and we will make sure your order is registered.

Shipping

The deliveries inside Finland will be shipped by Finnish Posti. The orders will be sent two business days of the confirmed purchase at the latest, barring any problems with the order.

Store pickup: The customer can also choose to pick up the product straight from our store on Fredrikinkatu in Helsinki, without any additional costs.With this option we will inform the customer via email when the product is ready for the pick-up.

Returns & Exchanges

In case you wish to return or exchange a product that you ordered via our web shop, please do so within 14 days of receiving the item. When returning a product the customer pays for the shipping return and is responsible for the product until it reaches our store. You can also return the product personally to our store.

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

-Make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition when delivered: all the tags should be properly attached and possible packages such as shoe boxes included and intact.

-Notify us about the return/exchange by sending an email to shop@urban-a.fi Please include your order number in the email. We will reply with further instructions.

-When we receive the product we will inspect its condition and then make a refund. Please note that if the product is not in the same condition as delivered we are not obliged to refund the product. In these cases we will be in contact with the customer.

Claims

In the case that a faulty product has been delivered to the customer, the customer is obliged to inform Urban A before using the product. If a manufacturing defect turns up later we will comply the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki). Returning a faulty product is cost-free for the customer.
